Recommended Dosage:

• Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 or 2 caplets every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 6 caplets in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor.

Warnings:

• Allergy Alert: Ibuprofen may cause severe allergic reactions, especially in people allergic to ASA. Stop use and seek medical help immediately if you experience severe itching, hives, swelling of eyes and mouth, skin blisters, or difficulty breathing.
• Stomach Bleeding Warning: This product may cause stomach bleeding, especially if you are 60 or older, have had stomach ulcers or bleeding, take a blood thinner or steroid drug, use other NSAIDs (such as ASA, ibuprofen, naproxen), or consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks per day while using this product. Symptoms of stomach bleeding include feeling faint, vomiting blood, and bloody or black stools.
• Do Not Use If: You are allergic to ibuprofen, methocarbamol, ASA, salicylates, NSAIDs, or any other ingredient in this product; right before or after heart surgery; or if you are in your third trimester of pregnancy.
• Consult a Doctor or Pharmacist Before Use If You: Have ulcers or stomach bleeding, high blood pressure, heart, liver or kidney disease, diabetes, any other serious condition; take drugs for depression, sedatives, or other medications, especially daily low-dose ASA (81 to 325 mg); are trying to conceive, in your first or second trimester of pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
• When Using This Product: Take with food or milk if stomach upset occurs. Drowsiness, dizziness, light-headedness, or nausea may occur. Do not drive, operate machinery, or drink alcohol. The risk of heart attack or stroke may increase if used more or longer than directed.
• Stop Use and Consult a Doctor If: Signs of stomach bleeding occur (see stomach bleeding warning above); symptoms worsen or pain lasts more than 5 days; any new symptoms appear.
