Vitamin B-12 (Cyanocobalamin) is a water soluble vitamin necessary for the maintenance of a healthy nervous system and for the metabolic utilization of fats and proteins. Adult Dosage: Take one lozenge daily. Chew lozenge or hold in mouth until dissolved.
