Recommended Use
Adults 18 years and older: Take one sachet daily, or as directed by a doctor. Dissolve the contents directly in the mouth.
Take with food and a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products.
Important Information
400 mcg of folate daily is adequate for most women to reduce the risk of neural tube defects.
